Carlo Rago has been the School Psychologist at St. Stephen's since September 2018. He is Italian, originally from Cassino. He has also lived in Torino, Cordoba (Argentina), Mumbai (India), and Cefalù (Sicily). He speaks Italian, English, and Spanish. When he is not at SSS, he works as a psychotherapist and as a lecturer at Richmond University. He enjoys hiking, scuba diving, roller skating, cooking, eating, and travelling.

Katherine Young worked at St. Stephen's from 2010 to 2018 as Boarding Head, College Counselor, Counselor, and English teacher. Having completed a counseling degree, she has returned to SSS as the Community Wellness Counselor. Katherine lived and worked in England, Greece, Switzerland, Taiwan before moving to Italy. She practices yoga and mindfulness, loves to read, write, walk, and adventure. She is particularly drawn to supporting vibrancy and growth in the communities in which she is a part.

Mandy Patton is the head nurse at St. Stephen's. She graduated from ABAC in Georgia, USA with a B.Sc. in Nursing. Coming from a multicultural family (American dad and Italian mom), she has been fortunate enough to live between the U.S.A. and Europe for her entire life. She has now settled down in Gaeta, a beautiful beach down south of Rome. Outside of work she is a mom of three beautiful girls and a stepson. She enjoys doing anything creative, including painting and sculpting.

Francesca Ricci works as a nurse, health teacher, and food & nutrition coordinator at St. Stephen's. She graduated from La Sapienza University in Rome. Francesca has been working at St. Stephen's since 2017 and living in Rome since 2001. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and speaks both English and Italian. She is very passionate about her work and enjoys reading, travelling, cooking, and family time.

Phil Georgiou worked at St. Stephen's as the School Counsellor for 8 years before becoming the supervisor of the Wellness Center 1 year ago. He is originally from the UK, where he trained as a psychotherapist and counsellor. He loves travelling and has lived in Italy, Egypt, Germany, and Greece. He speaks English and Italian. As well as working at St. Stephen's, Phil runs a company which offers English speaking counselling helplines to college students across Europe. He loves trekking, being outdoors, the gym, cooking, and eating.
